LGPL libraries linked statically (rpi1 / rmpp exports) oblige you to let users relink: ship the object files or link them dynamically. Versions and security notes of all of the above: security/third-party.md.
The license of Zinc itself (MIT or Apache-2.0) is an open question for the project owner (spec §17).
